Trash

Trash pickup is every Tuesday Morning.

Trash is usually put out Monday night on certain corners.

Please place food trash in covered trash containers.

Drop-off:

Western Acceptance Facility - Hollins Ferry Road
(695 Exit 9 - Hollins Ferry Road, go west, 1st left on Transway Road)
Hours of operation: Mon. - Sat. 7:30AM to 4:00AM

Property Maintenance

We are all responsible for maintaining the outside of our property which not only includes the grass cutting in the non-common areas but also around the outside of the townhouse.

This includes the repair and painting of the outdoor trim and borders on your townhouse.

Homeowner Fee

Currently $60 per month covers common areas grass cutting, snow removal, street lights,sewage pumping station maintenance, etc.

It is important that we all pay to keep the value of our community and to improve the level of service.
